This would be five stars except it stopped working after about 5 uses. Called the company and apparently it isn't covered under warranty, despite being brand new. Now I have to buy a $25 part, plus shipping, and try to figure out how to replace it.

I took some time to review this product so i could use it for a long period and then give a fair review. The first 2 months, loved the scooter. Fun, fast and versatile. But after a couple of months, issues came along. None of them are a big thing if you do your regular maintenance (WD40, tigthen some bolts, inflate tires, etc). The problem is the battery. Suddenly, the charger light stayed red and never turned Green like before https://electricscooterwithseat.com/ . Now it's the opposite: Plug the charger and the light goes Green in 5 minutes. Of course since this issue came, i could never fully charge the batteries again. And now i can barely make 1 mile at half the speed i used to ride it.
Machinery and electronics tend to fail of course..so no big deal here. But Reading previous reviews, keep in mind this issue is very common.

Great scooter but can't go up on the Hills! I live in the Hollywood Hills and yeah time I need to walk next to the scooter in order to go up!

I love my electric scooter, but the battery life is just not good. My weight is 130 pounds, and that makes me not to heavy to kill the battery so quickly. 30 minutes max I get out of a full charge. I give the scooter a 5 star, but the battery needs to improve.

I live in a golf cart community each winter but don't golf. This thing is so terrific for scooting around my community both in Florida and back home in the frigid (at the moment) Midwest. I get a lot of waves and comments and praise for its overall cuteness. I wish the battery life indicator was a little more accurate however. It seems to always indicate things are just rosey. Got caught once with low power but it wasn't fatal. Just walked it the way home. It charges up quickly after the initial charge. Comes with a much needed basket but the picture doesn't show that. Whisper quiet and fairly easy to assemble tho it does take more than one person. Highly recommend for anyone who weighs 220 lbs. or less.

I purchased this scooter to ride around at college and have been completely disappointed. It has very little power, and will barely drag my 150 lb butt around. when it arrived, it would not keep a charge so I contacted razor and they sent me new batteries, but it did not help at all. The scooter is still very sluggish. I am in the process of trying to return this thing but the seller keeps dragging their feet and giving me the runaround. My advice for anyone looking at this product is to save your hard earned money and buy a real scooter.

Had this for about 7 months. It now needs a new battery, it only has about 1/3 the range it had compared to new, low battery now comes on in about 1 mile, and it's dead in about 2 miles. Batteries with wiring harness will set you back about $80 shipped, so not so bad.

DO NOT GET A FLAT TIRE ON THE REAR WHEEL. The local bike shop wouldn't replace a tube on the rear wheel. I had to do it myself, it is a complete nightmare... especially since there are not guides or videos anywhere. Next flat tire on the rear... I'm putting it in the trash.
